Privacy Policy
Revision as of 3 November 2026.
1. Who is responsible for the data
ФОП Ноуров Олександр Сергійович (Ukraine), details are on the "Contacts" page. For any questions about data, write to support@ambassador.my.
EU representative (Art. 27 GDPR) — Ноуров Олександр Сергійович, Burgas, Bulgaria; same email: support@ambassador.my.
2. What data we process
Clients and dashboard users: email, login and password (we store only its hash), business name, website and Telegram channel, language and time zone, Telegram ID, name and @username in the bot, notification chat. Also — IP address and browser at registration and login, payments (amount, method, operation number; we do not have card data), payout details for partners, support correspondence and dialogues with the dashboard assistant.
Chat participants: text of messages from open chats and chats we have been invited to, ID and public name (@username) of the author, link to the message and time. More details — section 7.
Site visitors: the site does not use counters or advertising. The web server keeps an access log (IP address, time, page) to protect against attacks.
3. Why and on what basis
- Agreement with you: login to your account, notifications, payment, support, partner payouts.
- Legitimate interest: read open chats and parse messages to find leads for the business — messages where its service is being sought — and mentions; check the quality of the parsing; protect against abuse (IP address at registration and login).
- Law: payment tracking.
We do not train models on messages ourselves, nor do we sell data.
4. To whom we transfer
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, data center in Nuremberg) — servers where all data is stored.
- Language model providers — DeepInfra (USA) and the Gonka network. They receive message texts for analysis and translation and the client's business description. We hide phone numbers, emails, and card numbers in messages before sending.
- Telegram — through it, the bot and our chat accounts operate.
- Payment providers: monobank (card payment), Telegram (Stars), TON network (USDT). They receive the amount, currency, and payer name.
With our own services on the same servers, we detect the language, translate, send email, and collect error reports. The translation service log stores texts for 12 months.
5. How long we keep
- Client account and its data — for as long as the account exists. Leads and mentions we sent you — too.
- Payment records — as much as tax accounting requires, no less than 3 years.
- Chat messages — 35 days in the working database, then in the archive — as long as they are needed for quality checks of the analysis.
- Login and registration logs (IP, browser) — for as long as the account exists.
6. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict processing or object to it, and receive it in a machine-readable format. Write to support@ambassador.my, and we will respond within a month. You have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country — in Poland this is UODO, in Ukraine — the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
7. If you write in Telegram chats
Our service reads open Telegram chats and chats where our account has been invited, to find leads — messages like “recommend a specialist” — and show them to businesses that offer such a service. The business sees the text of your message and a link to it — the same thing any chat participant sees. We store the text, your id and @username, the link, and the time (terms — section 5). We hide phone numbers, emails, and card numbers before the model processes the message.
If you want us to delete your messages, write to support@ambassador.my and provide your @username or Telegram ID.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The site sets one cookie — amb_lang, the selected language. The dashboard stores a login ticket in the browser (24 hours, or up to 30 days with “Remember this device”), the language, and interface settings. This is necessary for the site to work, so we don't ask for consent. There are no counters or advertising cookies.
9. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as hashes, Telegram account keys are encrypted. Access to data is available only to the service operator.
10. Changes
The new version is published on this page with a date. We notify about significant changes in the bot.
