It depends on the city and the service. When you select a zone, the bot shows how many leads there were in it over the last 30 days — if the stats have already accumulated. The gifted $5 is enough to test it out, and then the monthly maximum for the service in the city limits the spend.

Yes, if they are also looking for clients for the same service in your city. Everyone in the chat sees the question, and the client goes to whoever answers first and to the point. That's why Ambassador sends leads within minutes.

If the bot replies, no: the reply comes from our account, which is already in the chat. To reply yourself, you need to be a member of the chat: the “Open in chat” button in the bot's message leads straight to the message, and most chats are open to join. You can also reply privately to the person who asked.

Bot replies go out from our account, unless you connect your own. If you're replying yourself, write like a human, not like an announcement: short, to the point, in your own words. If ads are banned in the chat, it's better to DM — briefly and only to those who asked for advice themselves.

Yes. For an open chat, send a link or @name; for a closed one, an invite link. Our account will join on its own. The first 5 are included, then $1 per chat per month.

Yes: the reply recommends your business. First, each reply comes to you for review: send, edit, or reply yourself. Once you're sure the replies work for you, turn off “I review replies myself” in your dashboard — the bot will reply on its own.

Yes: write an announcement and pick a time — we'll post it where it's cheaper, and in chats where the owner charges for ads, if you're willing to pay.
