Refunds

• Balance top-ups are non-refundable. The remaining balance does not expire. If we discontinue service on our own initiative, we refund the unused balance.
• “Not a fit”. Lead not related to your service — click “Not a fit” under it within 7 days: we’ll check it and return its price to your balance.
• Telegram Stars. If what you paid for with Stars was not provided or the dispute is justified, we refund the Stars according to Telegram rules. Write /paysupport in the bot. Telegram support for purchases in bots does not help — write to us.
• How we refund. The same way you paid: to a card, in stars, or USDT to a wallet you specify. The timeframe is a month from when you ask.
• Where to write: /paysupport in the bot @ambassador_alerts_bot or support@ambassador.my.
