Terms of Use (Public Offer)

1. Who and what

The Ambassador service (website ambassador.my, dashboard app.ambassador.my, bot @ambassador_alerts_bot) is provided by ФОП Ноуров Олександр Сергійович (Ukraine, details — in Section 15), hereinafter "we". These terms are a public offer to conclude an agreement (Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) with anyone who accepts them.

2. How to accept the terms

Terms are accepted when you register in the bot or on the website, or top up your balance. The service is intended for entrepreneurial activity: by accepting the terms, you confirm that you use it as an entrepreneur or on behalf of a business.

3. What the service does

  • Reads Telegram chats that our account is in.
  • Finds leads in your zones (a lead is a chat message where people are looking for your service; a zone is your service in your city) and mentions of your business by the words you specified.
  • Sends what it finds to the bot with the text and a link to the message and shows it in the dashboard along with the monthly summary.
  • On your instruction, it publishes in Telegram chats replies to leads that recommend your business, and your announcements (promotion) — according to the rules below.

You can also reply to people yourself, on your own behalf.

Publications (promotion)

  • We post replies to leads and your announcements.
  • We prepare the publication text based on your information; you can review and edit it before publication. We reserve the right to change the text or refuse publication if it violates the law, Telegram rules, or chat rules; you are not charged for unpublished content.
  • You are responsible for the content of publications and the information for them — about your business, prices, contacts, terms and conditions, and promotions — for the necessary permits and licenses, and for compliance with advertising and consumer protection laws in the countries where the publications are distributed.
  • You warrant that the ordered publications and the information provided for them do not violate the law or the rights of third parties. If, due to a breach of these warranties, third parties bring claims or lawsuits against us or government authorities impose fines on us, you will settle such claims at your own expense and reimburse us for any costs and losses incurred, including fines.

4. What the service does not promise

  • The number of leads and clients: it depends on the city, the service, and what people write in chats.
  • That others won't see the lead: the question in the chat is seen by all its participants, and other clients can also connect the zone.
  • Chats and Telegram operation: a chat may be closed or our account may be removed from it, and Telegram may restrict the account. We maintain and update the list of zone chats ourselves.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are on the page ambassador.my/prices/, and before connecting a zone — in the bot and in the dashboard. Prices are in US dollars.
  • You top up your balance in advance: with Telegram Stars in the bot, by card, via monobank, or USDT on the payment page. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page; we do not receive them.
  • Each found lead is charged from your balance when it comes to you — but per calendar month, for one zone, no more than the amount specified on the pricing page. Upon registration, we credit your balance with the price of the first 5 leads — once per business: a second account for the same site or channel does not receive the gift. If a lead is not for your service, mark it as “Not a fit” — we’ll check it and return its price to your balance.
  • Your own chats: the first 5 are included at no extra charge, after that — the price per chat per month as shown on the pricing page.
  • The bonus for a large top-up is credited to the balance and is not paid out in cash.
  • Prices are indicated without VAT: the seller is not a VAT payer.
  • We announce price changes in the bot no later than 7 days in advance. New prices apply to charges made after the date of the change.

6. Refunds

Balance top-ups are not refunded. The balance does not expire. If we discontinue service on our own initiative, we refund the unused balance. For details, including about Telegram Stars, see the “Refunds” page (ambassador.my/refunds/).

7. Your responsibilities

  • Follow the chat rules and Telegram terms, reply to people on topic and without spam.
  • Do not use the service for goods and services prohibited in the country where you operate, as well as for gambling, weapons, drugs, intimate services, and financial pyramids.
  • Provide truthful business information during registration and do not share account access with third parties.

8. Our liability

  • The service is provided "as is". We fix outages we learn about, but are not liable for lost profits or for how people in chats perceived your answer.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount of your top-ups over the last 3 months.

9. Suspension and termination

  • You can disable zones and stop using the service at any time. The remaining balance stays with you.
  • We may suspend or terminate service if you breach Section 7, after warning you in the bot. In such case, we will refund any unused balance.
  • If we close the service or zone on our own initiative, we notify you in the bot no later than 14 days in advance and refund the unused balance.

10. Affiliate program

Rewards for referred clients are accrued according to the rules shown on the “Partners” page (ambassador.my/partners/) and in the bot (the /ref command) at the time of accrual. Payout starts from €50, and the amount is paid in full, without deductions. The recipient pays taxes on the reward themselves, according to the laws of their country.

11. For chat owners

The chat owner, who has verified ownership in the bot, sets the publication price in their chat themselves — per publication, per month, or both — and, if desired, approves each publication before it goes out. For each publication and each paid month, the owner receives 70% of their price, and 30% is the service fee. Payouts start from €50, by bank transfer or in USDT (TON): we pay the USDT network fee, while the recipient pays the bank or payment service fee from the payout amount. The owner pays taxes on the income themselves, according to the laws of their country. The chat can be withdrawn at any time via support in the bot; the amount accrued for already published posts remains with the owner.

13. Changes to Terms

The new version is published on this page with a date. We will notify you of significant changes in the bot at least 7 days before it takes effect. Using the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new version.

14. Law and Disputes

The agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiations via support@ambassador.my, and if we fail to agree — in court at the seller's place of registration. The terms are published in Ukrainian, Russian and English; in case of discrepancy, the Ukrainian text prevails.
